Warranty Terms
We provide a 24-month warranty on all delivered products, starting from the date of sale (delivery), provided the following conditions are met:
Door handles are intended primarily for use in finished building environments. Therefore, we recommend installing the products only after completion of interior construction work.
We recommend installing the door handles with protective packaging (PE sleeve), which should be removed only just before the handover of the building.
During any subsequent construction work, we advise either removing the handle or protecting it against contact with abrasive particles and aggressive substances using suitable covering. Chemical cleaners and solvents must not be used.
Visible defects or missing parts must be claimed upon delivery acceptance. All other hidden defects can be reported in writing during the warranty period.
In case of unjustified claims (e.g. improper use, incorrect maintenance, etc.), a handling fee of CZK 200 will be charged to cover the costs of receiving, unpacking, repacking, issuing, and shipping the claimed item back to the customer.
Painted, chrome-plated, and brass handles are not recommended for use in harsh environments (excessive humidity, temperature extremes, chemical exposure, etc.), as such conditions may damage the surface finish.
Painted handles are not suitable for high-traffic areas such as entrances to public buildings or apartment complexes, due to lower mechanical resistance of the coating.
Chrome-plated handles are not recommended for exterior use – the warranty does not apply to such applications.
Standard stainless steel handles are made from grade 1.4301, which is not suitable for aggressive environments with a high concentration of chemicals such as chlorine or salts. In such cases, we recommend using grade 1.4404 or other higher corrosion-resistant grades.
The warranty does not cover any mechanical damage to the handles.
